I found this hotel to be a great choice for an overnight stop, with spacious and clean rooms that served their purpose well for our short stay. The staff was more than helpful and went the extra mile to assist us, particularly Vijaya, Aashif, and Chaminda. The location was ideal for exploring Ella within walking distance to popular attractions like the 9 arches Bridge and little Adam's peak. The dining experience offered a variety of choices, and the facilities were great value for what we paid.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms had an amazing view over Ella, but they were quite cramped, and I had to deal with sharp corners and mold on the ceiling. The service, on the other hand, was delightful; the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location right in the heart of Ella junction offered breathtaking views, although the noise from a nearby bar was bothersome at times. The dining was average, facing the road, and the taste was not impressive. The facilities were decent overall.
